How shallow of a victory George (not the real name) my customer was looking for when he delayed paying my $700.00 bill for 2 months. He wasted my time and his. He used up all his goodwill , his credit, and he wasted a lot of his accounts payable manager just to be able to achieve his “success” in delaying to pay a measly $700.00. Of Course Success is like this may cost his company several thousand dollars a year in lost productivity. So in this case what he considered success was nothing but a failure ( and then we wonder why so many businesses go belly up)
