Dear Friends
Although I have never considered myself as a leader growing up, I found out in the late 70’s, while working for Hyatt hotels in Atlanta Georgia that my leadership qualities surprised even the holder “me!.” I knew right than my success would have to come from managing people. In that when I determined that going in business myself was the best route for me to be successful. Even though I was all out looking for my career in business, it did not happen until the early 80’s and I found out early on that my leadership qualities in managing the most difficult employee I have ever had "myself” would have to be master in order for success to take place. That is when all the stars
lined up and off it went the leadership spaceship.
