Starting this week, we are going to feature every week a topic regarding the servicing of a cappuccino machine that the genius Vito has performed that week.
A customer called from Greenburg North Carolina and asked for the help in determining what causes the espresso machine to go almost down to zero before the heater would come on after shutting off on high limit. The customer tried it all or so he said but the problem kept persisting and actually kept getting worse

Here is what Vito suggested:


Check the tube that brings the steam from the boiler to the bottom of the pressurestat and you will find that it is definitely clogged possibly the connection to the boiler.
