Dear Friends
I cannot recall ever a thought entering in my mind when I first pick up the phone to try and somehow take advantage of the caller. I always try to offer the best I have to give to any caller regardless of the expectation. I offer the highest level of honesty and hope that the other side will understand it first and appreciate.
