My success in business brings me such an avalanche of "Pride and Joy" especially when I consider that I did all this without even a mention by the local media be it "print radio or television'. I am particularly incensed at the two local big (but heading fast toward the dinosaur cliff) Metroplex papers the Dallasmorningnews and the Fortwortstartelegram that never even mentioned my company in their pages.Most of their food critics and writers over the last 25years sat on their "fat ass" waiting for the news to fall on their lap instead of going out in the jungle called "Business" and discovering who is bringing the future now(me for instance for almost a quarter century). The majority of the sensation in my field they wrote about over the years bit the dust.
May be I am lucky that by not writing about me they also did not contaminate my success with their "Spell" and therefore my string of success is clean and intact.
