Dear Friends,

One of the many reasons why I love what I do is that nothing in my life could bring the truth to life of an old say that my grand mother taught me a long time ago. It went like this “Do good and forget, but you better remember when you do bad”. I enjoyed immensely because once in a while I get the reward that makes it all worth while. Last week I was vacationing in a lake in Connecticut and took that opportunity to visit a customer that was very special from the moment we had the first conversation. I had the pleasure of meeting Rita the proud and happy owner of Mystic Sweet Shop in the heart of old Mistic on the Connecticut shore. Rita is the heart and the sole of the place, her smile is worth a million words, her enthusiasm is legendary and the whole shop is a sight to remember forever. Of course not too many visitors in this town miss entering this place and savoring did many delightful chocolate and the extensive selection of Ice cream and Gelato being offered. One thing that I was impressed with is also the wide selection of one of a kind bags with cute designs outside in which she sports, for example “Thank you for taking care of my dog” “Thank you for taking care of my cat,” “Thank you for taking care of my baby” etc etc etc and some lovely chocolate inside. The warmth of Rita though is what I will treasure for a long long time. Thank you Rita for being “one of a kind yourself”
