I am the manager at ..... We have 2 ..... machines that have "died"
... no longer have warranty...and even when we did have the warranty coverage-the
repair technicians that ..... sent us could not fix the machines. Do you know of any repair people in the NY area that can repair the machines? Or do you know where I might find a reasonably priced machine (not necessarily an .....) Any recommendations on what kind of machine would be best for a high traffic coffee drive-thru? We are losing business because we can't make cappuccino or latte. It's so disappointing that we can't seem to get these machines repaired. They are approximately 3-5 years old and cost over $10,000 a piece! If I can find a repair person do you think you could help him over the phone? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
