Quite often I noticed that for every problem you encounter in business there is an opportunity to be derived from it. Actually I have experienced that instead of wasting time pondering why a problem occured that valuable time should be devoted toward the solution of it learning from it and most important of all gaining from it. I recalled back in the mid to late 80s when I was turned down by a bank for a $10000 loan (the bank I will always remember was Interfirst). Of course I was upset but for a very short time. Instead I planned
my revenge my resolve and my strategy all at once. I will never again depend on a dime for operating expenses on any bank or other financial institution. From now on I will have to do with internal generated cash to buy inventory pay expenses, rent , utilities , employees and all . One day when I will be ready to purchase a building for my company then and only then I will use the bank money (financing) . It worked very well and I was able to keep my resolve and do all as planned. I seized every opportunity, available every avenue , every stone I turned, every sale I paid attention to regardless of its size............................ ............................and never looked back.
