We may argue a lot about an important part of our life that we can classify us "Aim" . Of course we need to take into consideration the direction , the size, the goal, the quantity, the result, the will, the place and a host of other important things we are aiming at. The aim need to be just right not small that can be achieved easily neither too big that makes it unjustified. I have quite often in my life as well as in business career thought of my aims. I was and still am fortunate to have directed my aims big and small , short term and long term and although challenging still attainable. I have persisted worked hard and poured a lot of sweat and never weavered (almost never ) till my aims was reached .

Another important factor I discovered reaching my aim was focus and keep track of your aims because confusion can kill aims big and small. Of course the joy is when you can see the light at the end of the tunnel and if you can imagine a billboard with success on it that is enough to make life worth living.
