Dear Friends,
Its
Easter and if I close my eyes and think of the first dozen years
of my life I can recall that in those days the saddest (good
Friday) and happiest (Easter Sunday) days of the yearwere happening
this week. Now I"m hearing echos of those far away years.
I can see ahead a very sad Friday and hopefully a"Happy
Easter" following.A personal experience cleared for me
a big debate that's been raging for years and it is being asked
the polititians of today to solve "Exporting jobs to Asia".
For weeks I have experienced problems with my digital tv and
for the past ten days I was unable to log on the internet (first
time this long problem since I know of the net). Several days
I was on the phone in excess of one hour at a time. No help
came and so I decided to call ATT and get their service and
the response was faster 3 days versus the 12 I was told I would
have to wait. I got the modem friday and Sat morning I installed
my new flawless internet sevice with the help of a prompt (I
waited less than one minute before help was on the line) very
courteous very professional very patient and kind. In less than
15 minutes I had the best internet service ever. The moral of
this story is that ATT has a real customer service , TimeWarner
wishes it had one.At this pace and for this very reason America
will unfortunately lose
millions of Jobs in the years to come.
