It was a barmitzva party and my company was hired to provide the cappuccino service. As thousandth times before in the past 25 years I went on setting up the machine this saturday afternoon. This function was at the best Hotel in town and the kid's parents spared no expense to make this event a memorable one for their daughter that was celebrating "turning thirteen"in grand stile. I was going to serve cappuccinoas a non event for a party that had a lot to offer otherwise. There were storytellers, music, food,some tattoo artists, a couple of sketch artists and all the great food and drinks your hart desire........and I was going to serve cappuccino to whomever desired it. I was to be serving a fancy cup of coffee. That is when I decided to step up my efforts and make it an event for the lucky ones that let me. First a few kids came asking for whatever I was serving not realizing at that moment I decided to make for them not just a cup of coffee but the best one they ever had. It was to be a drink to be anxiously longed for, and enjoyed fully when your lips hit the cup. I told the first group that I was going to make for them a cappuccino they would remember for a long time. It worked and they came back for more and more kids came excitedly asking for it and then the parents too had a taste of what was going to be the best cappuccino they ever had. The compliments I got throughout the evening were a high for me I did not experienced for a long time if ever at that level before. It was a rewarding experience for all involved and for me a proper event for the evening before the day that was going to mark my company's 25 anniversary. It was a blessing to be able to package so much experience into a drink make it so unforgetfull for the participants and have so much fun the the process.
