Dear Friends,

It is with pleasure that this week I write about the media and specifically City daily papers and more precisely the two Dinosaur in my area"The Fortworth StarTelegram and The Dallas Morning news". Before the Internet came about those were the only avenues I had to reach some public audience for my products. I remember being careful how many words i used because the bill would get to be prohibitive...........then the Internet came and I jumped right on in 1995 when the world was still asleep. I like to tell visitors to my office that today i reach the world(not just the metroplex) and for less then it used to cost me to have ten words in the classifieds now I offer one hundred million times that much for 1/100 of the cost. I have convinced myself years ago that it is a matter of time(I am confident during my life time) that these papers will be history. They are defenitely Dinosaurs,fat ones I might say since they have gotten fat over the years and now they are living off that very fat.Fat or not they are going to disappear and justifiably so.
