melted chocolate in it. Starback is introducing this way of drinking
chocolate in their stores and sooner than later it will become
a staple of any coffee house. This machine is designed to keep
the chocolate warm and continuously stirs it so it stays nice
and melted without developing a top crust or becoming gooey or
chunky or both. The machine is also a great marchandizer. I guess
the day is coming when instead of people going to the coffee house
for a caffeine fix some will go to the coffee house for a chocolate
fix as an alternative to going to the convenient store and getting
