running water.
- This model is designed for hand washing and for cleaning cooking utensils.
- It contains One(6 gallon tank) for fresh water and one(7 gallon tank) for
waste water. The fresh water tank comes with dettachable fittings for easy refilling.
- The Water system tubing meets FDA, NSF 51, and NSF 61 requirements for food
contact application.
- An Instantaneous, electric water heater that provides warm or hot water. The
water heater provides 33*F more to water at room temperature only.(average temperature
can reach 110*F).
- The Water pump is NSF-listed and draws 0.33 AMPs. The Water pump and water
heater are UL-approved.
- The water heater is 19 AMPs. This model works with a 110/120-VOLT wall outlet.
- This unit is also equipped with safety lock casters for easy mobility.
