Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (6.9 oz.) Garlic Parmesan Pasta Salad
  • 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Direction

HEAT 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and green pepper; cover and cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD contents of Pasta and Seasoning pouches and 2 cups water to skillet; stir. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 5 to 6 min. or until pasta is tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms.

TOP with chicken and mozzarella cheese; cover and cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
