Cheesy Mediterranean Artichoke Pasta

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. penne pasta
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
  • 1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (1 oz.) DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Direction

PREPARE pasta as directed on package. Drain; return to pan.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
