Bolognese Pasta

Ingredients
  • 2 pouches (1 cup each) frozen Meatless Ground Burger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 8 oz. fusilli pasta, uncooked

Direction

COOK and stir ground burger and garlic in hot oil in large saucepan on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until heated through.

ADD all remaining ingredients except the pasta; mix well. Cook 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook pasta as directed on pkg.; drain. Place on serving platter; top with the sauce.
