ago when the pitcher, Clayton Kershaw, started a regional quarterfinal
game. He faced 15 batters
in 5 innings and struck out everyone. The game was called final when Highland
Park held the lead at 10 to 0.

dozen scouts were at the game. His regular season record this year is
11-0 and he struck out more than 2 batters per inning.
He will have to
decide between a Texas A & M scholarship and a bonus & contract
from a Major League Baseball team
