Raspberry Salute to VA Admin.
The VA has intervened in the burial of the 83 year old World War II vet who performed a mercy killing on his wife (euthanasia) and then died 3 weeks later of cancer.
They are prohibiting his burial in the Dallas Veterans National Cemetery under a federal law provision that convicted felons cannot be buried there.
Although he was accused, he was released to be allowed to die. he has never had a trial.
No government in history has treated it's vets with less respect.
Year after year, the VA budget is cut so that tax breaks for the rich can happen.
The politicians doing the cutting get free high-level medical care for life and generous pensions.
Yet, the government expects soldiers to fight in foreign lands and give their lives for their country.
When they return, their health benefits are limited to two years!
