Jerry's Week! During the last week, Jerry
Jones lined up a commitment for a Super Bowl for his new stadium (under
construction).
A few days later, the Dallas Cowboys owner received a commitment for the
Big 12 Championship.
My sources tell me that he has a meeting scheduled in St. Louis during
June.
He will visit Anheiser-Bush and try to get the BUD BOWL!!
"Mary Cheney gave birth Wednesday to Samuel David Cheney,
the first child for her and partner Heather Poe.
The 8lb, 6oz boy is V.P. Dick Cheney's 6th grandchild."
We wish the mother(s) & child health & happiness.
We also wish the Radical Religious in the Republican Party will someday
do the same!
Airline Marriage? You may recall that the Captain of ships in International
waters have the power to legally marry people.
If the pilot of Air Force 2 would marry Heather & Mary while in flight,
would the marriage be legal?
What if the plane was over Massachusetts at the time?
Would you be surprised to learn they are already secretly married?
More Money=More Deaths! Your tax dollars at work. Congress finally
agreed to give him new money for Iraq.
George proudly told everyone to expect a large increase in the number
of American & Iraqi casualties over the next few months. (Great Memorial
Day message!)
Quote of the Week:
"Beware of the leader who bangs the drums of
war in order to whip the citizenry into patriotic fervor, for patriotism
is indeed a double-edged sword. It both emboldens the blood, just as it
narrows the mind. And when the drums of war have reached a fever pitch
and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will
have no need in seizing the rights of the citizenry, [who] infused with
fear and blinded by patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto
the leader and gladly so. How will I know? For this I have done. And I
am Julius Caesar."
