Some folks in the East have seen cold and snow,
But right here in Texas, it’s been 80 or so!

Leaves they are turning and starting to fall,
Summer is ending and I’m coming to call.

Turning clocks back by one hour is the trick,
Where should we start, well let’s take our pick.

Should I start with the alarm by the side of my bed?
Or begin with the clocks in the kitchen instead?

Just take a deep breath, change them one by one,
Until finally you hear yourself shouting – “All done!”

This poem is different ‘cause I’m not sending a list.
You have all day Sunday to find those you missed,

Just wanted to say that I’m thinking of you,
