| This case which is the second largest one we keep in stock is ideal for any coffee house or restaurant or any other outlet that chooses to add gelato to an operation already in progress and most likely profitable. This is not a forced air case (*) but rather what I termed a “modern static” (*) case. In addition this case offers storage below that accommodates an equal number of backup pans as on the top. The configuration of pans is 7 five litters or 12 four litters. This case is white by design and not by mistake. It is my belief that a white case puts the emphasis on the gelato colors much more than a colorful case would. We have sold this case for almost 10 years now with great success and almost 100% satisfied customers. We like to brag about satisfied customers since we not only got repeat sales from but many referrals. We carry a line of Batch freezers that complement this case and more so the places that will use this case to a tee. Although less than half the price of a forced air case, it is still a pretty site.
