Dear
eBay visitors
If ever there was a machine that was built to meet any need, any budget, any decor,
any pocket book, any style etc, This is it! I am confident that with proper training
and understanding of how Espresso and Cappuccino, latte mocha etc are produced
(without the contamination of all the gargle gup that you can find on the Internte
by self style Gurus who think they were born to teach you how to make Cappuccino
quite often on very conflicting ways with each other), this machine could be the
best every built in the world. And if God forbid, you cannot produce enough with
this machine, (in which case it's the luckist thing you could be hit with), then
you buy the second one and even the third without even considering the suggestion
of some prophets of espresso and cappuccino who suggest (never even consider it
!!) you buy a three and four group monster for twice the price that three of this
would you. Just wake up to the reality of the Espresso business in the year 2003
and beyond. Be a realist and think if you buy a three and four group machine,
the chances of it breaking down and leaving you stranded are not minimized by
such a monster but rather increased by the fact that you are out of a lot of money,
the use of the machines and You have to apologize profusely to your customers
for not being able to server them a cappuccino. The chances of that hapenning
when you have more than one machine(providing the cost allows it) are almost nil.

BEWARE!!!
It sounds like "Beware of the Dog," however it's much worse
than that. Beware of all the promises that companies make before they get their
hands in your wallet. All the claims (some of them false), all the warranty promises
(such as the manufacturer in Italy gives you 2 years warranty - fake, since the
manufacturer would never welcome a call from you regarding warranty), and the
funniest one of all is when they promise you nationwide assistance (on location,
we offer you immediate assistance when you have a problem). They all sound like
Dell computers or IBM (both of which, by the way, who offer the true form of warranty
that is non-existant in my field). If all of those were true we wouldn't be getting
in excess of 100 telephone calls a week from people seeking help that they cannot
get from the very people they bought the machine from. We assist more people (99
out of 100 that we did not sell the machine to originally) than probably any other
company in this field in America, and we are proud to say that we don't only help
but we are "GRACIOUS TO ALL OF THEM." So, the next time you see those claims take
them with a grain of salt, and if you want a second opinion call my chief engineer
Bill Long and check them out with him. He'll be happy to give you a first rate
opinion.

Let's Get Real
Just a brief cappuccino
talk... The other day a customer called asking for a super automatic cappuccino
machine, knowing that it would cost him in the neighborhood of $20,000. He had
been previously talking to another company and was told that due to the level
of intelligence of the youth today, the only way to go was PHD (Push Here Dummy).
I strongly disagree with this point of view. I believe that given the opportunity
to hire intelligent people, you should not hire idiots to work in your operation;
therefore, a $3,000 machine can do, in my view, a much better job than a $20,000
robotic monster that is prone to sooner or later give you more headaches than
the threat of war and Bin Laden together. How can a company be so convinced as
to advise such a route to a cappuccino place that will barely make the rent is
beyond my comprehension.
The only thing you need is confidence in yourself before you instill it in your
employees. I will definitely take care of the former if you promise me to do the
later. And that is all included in the price. Let's make money the old fashioned
way!
