Ohh What a world! Everybody seems to want to get on the bandwagon. Everybody believes it will make them a fortune. If that were the case how many gelato Americans have to eat everyday? Definitely one after breakfast a bigger helping after lunch and a pig-out after dinner. It ain’t not going to happen that way. The most successful gelato places in the future besides the few that every city has already engraved in the mind of people are going to be the successful cafes that will offer gelato as part of the offerings and not as “The” main thing. The cases I am featuring are the most ideal for these places and not only because of the limited offerings (ideal actually) but also because they offer the product a longer life.
